We are an independent school for children in pre-school class - year 5, located in Ursviken outside of Skellefteå. The school is run in B-form (0-1, 2-3 and 4-5). We get to know our students, they get to know us and together we build a safe environment.

Bruksskolan follows the same curriculum as other schools in Sweden. Everyone in the school works together to create a good environment for development and learning.

Activities must be clearly integrated into the teaching, for example field trips, study visits and joint projects. We believe this is a good basis for creating creative ways of working and giving students a positive self-image. Each student must "find their unique identity and participate in community life by giving their best in responsible freedom" (Lgr 22).
